Thai stocks opened down 0.07% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,713.74 points, down 1.25 points from Thursday’s close. The trade value was 1.26 billion baht, with 189.3 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 1,110.07 points, down 1.42 points, or 0.13%, with a total trade value of 799.37 million baht. The MAI index went up 2.36 points or 0.44% to stand at 534.70 points, with a total transaction value of 127.04 million baht.
